- What's the difference between Free and Premium?
- Every feature works on both — sessions, guests, the leaderboard, the watch app, all of it. Free keeps your last 21 days of climb history. Premium keeps all of it, and adds persistent private venues your crew can join.
- Is the Founders Rate still active?
- Yes. There's no hard cutoff yet — we'll announce one when we're ready. Lock in pricing now and it's yours for the life of your subscription (or lifetime, if you grab that).
- Does the Beta Program give me a free year of Premium?
- Yes — take the Beta Survey and you'll get a free year of Craggle Premium.
- How does gym pricing work for multiple locations?
- Starter covers up to 3 locations; $29 / month per additional location (or $19 / month when paid annually). Once you're past 6 or 7 locations, Unlimited is usually the better deal.
- Can gyms cover Premium for their members?
- Yes — Member Sponsorship is $1 / month per member, which covers their Premium. It’s a retention play for community-focused gyms: your regulars keep their full climbing history because you pay for it.
