Built by climbers who climb on Tuesdays.
Craggle is a climbing app organised around the session, not the send list.
Most climbing apps model one person, logging alone. That’s not how the gym works. You go with people. You take turns. You spend as much time sitting on the mat talking about a move as you do pulling on it. And the group is never quite the same twice — ten people in the group chat, three of you on any given Tuesday.
So Craggle is built around the session: the two hours, the venue, and whoever actually walked in. One person starts it, everyone else joins with a code, and the friend who doesn’t have the app gets added by name and tracked anyway. There’s no group to create and nothing to keep up to date between weeks.
We also think effort is more interesting than outcomes. Craggle asks how many attempts a climb took and whether it was clean, tracks how long you were actually on the wall, and scores each session three separate ways — so the strongest climber isn’t automatically the only one with a good night.
We’re building Craggle out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. It’s early, it’s small, and the roadmap is genuinely shaped by what beta climbers tell us. If your Tuesday group tries it and something’s missing, tell us — that’s not a customer-service line, that’s how the next release gets decided.
