Delete your Craggle account
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app — no support request needed. Here is exactly how, and what happens afterwards.
Delete from the app
- 01 Open the Craggle app on your device.
- 02 Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
- 03 Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
- 04 Select Full Account Deletion.
- 05 Review the confirmation message explaining what will be deleted.
- 06 Confirm your choice.
What gets deleted
- Your Craggle account and sign-in
- Your climber profile and personal details
- Your climb history, sessions and projects
- Photos and media you uploaded
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Requests are actioned by our team and completed within 7 days; in practice it is usually much sooner. You will not be able to sign in again once it is done.
If you climbed in shared sessions, aggregated or anonymised data may remain for gym reporting — but it will no longer be associated with you or identify you.
If you can’t open the app
Uninstalled Craggle, or can’t sign in? Email privacy@craggle.app from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete it on the same terms above.
Climbing as a guest? If you never created an account there is nothing to delete and no deletion option appears — guest activity is not tied to an identity.
